By using HypnoDoctor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Service Description

HypnoDoctor is a wellness application that provides AI-generated self-hypnosis audio sessions for relaxation and self-improvement purposes.

Important Disclaimers

Not Medical Treatment

HypnoDoctor is NOT therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified professional.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use HypnoDoctor.

Safe Use

You agree to:

  • NOT use HypnoDoctor while driving or operating machinery
  • NOT use if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures without consulting a doctor
  • NOT use as a substitute for professional mental health treatment
  • Seek immediate professional help if you're in crisis

Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

Subscription and Billing

  • $1 for your first two weeks. On day 15 you're charged $14.95, and monthly after that.
  • We email you on day 11 — three days before the first monthly charge — with the exact date, the amount, a one-click cancel link and a one-click keep link.
  • Cancel in one click, from your account or from that email. No phone call, no form, no offer to stay.
  • Refunds are honoured freely through your first month. Email support@hypnodoctor.com and we'll refund it.
  • Annual is $79.99/year, charged once, and renews yearly.

Refund Policy

We don't ask why, and we don't require you to have used the service a certain amount. After the first month, subscriptions run to the end of the period you've paid for and then stop when you cancel.

Intellectual Property

All content, including AI-generated scripts and audio, is owned by HypnoDoctor. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly share generated content.

User Content

You retain ownership of any text you input. You grant us license to use this input to generate and improve our service.

Limitation of Liability

HypnoDoctor is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
